Position Summary

The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team and, under the supervision of the Store Manager, drives store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills
Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills
Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and respond to urgent issues as they arise
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent – Preferred but Not Required.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type: Full time
Pay Range $20.00 - $34.00 (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary). Actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
