Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
Track and report on shipment and delivery status
Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory or supply chain management
Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan for future inventory needs
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
Maintain and update inventory databases and systems
Communicate with customers and address any concerns or issues related to logistics and delivery
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in logistics and inventory control
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
Proficient in inventory management and logistics software
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail‑oriented and highly organized
