Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Durham, NC, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of multiple painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing resources, inspecting project sites, and maintaining effective communication with clients, team members, and vendors. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a strong ability to handle multiple priorities while fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in Project Management and the ability to plan, organize, and oversee projects effectively.
Knowledge of expediting and familiarity with managing timelines and ensuring efficient workflow.
Strong proficiency in inspection and attention to detail to ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards.
Skills in logistics management, including coordinating schedules, resources, and supplies across projects.
Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities to collaborate with clients and team members.
Experience in the painting or construction industry is preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
