Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Project Manager role located in Raleigh, NC. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, supervising inspections, and working closely with team leads and contractors. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential challenges and providing solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience in Project Management, including overseeing all phases of construction projects and ensuring timely deliverables.
Proficiency in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure materials and resources are delivered efficiently.
Skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and procurement planning.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
