A respected construction organization is seeking a
Lean Implementation Manager
to lead the deployment of
Lean construction practices
across active projects. This confidential role is ideal for a field‑focused professional with hands‑on experience implementing the
Last Planner System® (LPS)
and aligning field planning with CPM schedules.
What You’ll Do
Lead and facilitate Pull Planning sessions and full‑cycle
LPS implementation
Ensure field‑level planning aligns with the
CPM schedule (Primavera P6)
and contractual milestones
Proactively identify and manage workflow constraints before work begins
Coach Superintendents, Project Managers, and Trade Partners on Lean behaviours
Support adoption of digital planning and scheduling tools
Act as a change agent driving consistency and continuous improvement across projects
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience implementing the
Last Planner System® (LPS)
on active job sites
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
Working knowledge of
Oracle Primavera P6
Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to influence teams and operate effectively in the field
