FACTEUR PR
FACTEUR PR is an award‑winning PR & partnerships studio headquartered in Cincinnati. We transform exceptional brands across the country into the most trusted, visible, and chosen leaders in women’s health, wellness, and aesthetics.
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Part‑Time Executive Assistant
to provide integral support to the CEO. This role is designed to support both the business and personal operations of the CEO in order to reduce friction, protect time, and allow her to focus on high‑impact leadership, strategy, and growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in bringing order, clarity, and momentum to a fast‑paced, creative environment. While much of this role is remote, we are looking for someone based in the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton area who can occasionally support in‑person meetings, events, or local logistics as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
– Work directly with the CEO to support day‑to‑day business operations, draft and manage communications and presentations, and act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and internal team members, clients, partners, and collaborators as needed.
Own and protect the CEO’s calendar
– Schedule meetings, calls, speaking and podcast engagements, anticipate conflicts, and help ensure time is allocated to the highest‑impact priorities.
Communications & Follow‑Up
– Monitor and triage incoming communications, draft responses when appropriate, track deadlines and follow‑ups, and keep the CEO informed of time‑sensitive matters.
Personal & Life Operations Support
– Provide support with personal scheduling, travel planning, gifting, seeding, and recurring life logistics to reduce friction and allow the CEO to remain focused and present.
Organization & Systems
– Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensure information is easy to access, and support internal workflows that keep operations running smoothly.
Digital & Special Projects Support
– Assist with light social media and digital coordination, prepare documents and materials as needed, and support special projects and initiatives as they arise.
Requirements
At least two years of executive assistant, event planning, project management, or related experience.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
A personal computer, smartphone, high‑speed internet, and a vehicle/transportation for events and in‑person meetings.
Familiarity with lifestyle media, influencer relations, social media, and the intersection of all of the above.
Ability to commute to the Greater Cincinnati area as needed (~10% of time).
Who You Are
Proactive, resourceful, and calm – you anticipate needs rather than waiting for direction.
Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying responsive and accountable.
Confident in communicating with executives, clients, media, and partners.
Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of boundaries.
Energized by supporting a fast‑growing, creative agency.
Coachable, solutions‑oriented, and eager to grow with a mission‑driven team.
This is a part‑time position to start (approximately 20–25 hours per week) with room to grow. Hourly compensation is $20–25/hour, based on experience, along with a monthly technology stipend, new business commission opportunities, and the opportunity to support meaningful lifestyle brands while growing alongside a fast‑growing PR and marketing agency.
