General Position Summary Responsible to turn strategy and briefs into clear, persuasive copy that performs across channels. Owns writing end-to-end from first draft through final polish, working closely with the designer and taking direction from the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing. This role uses AI as a force multiplier to increase speed and improve quality while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, brand safety and human connection.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conversion-Focused Copywriting (70%)
Translate strategic briefs into messaging that fits the specific audience, offer and channel requirements
Write high-impact copy for campaigns, landing pages, emails, ads, social media, blogs, video scripts and sales assets
Produce SEO-driven copy that ranks for high-intent search terms and converts traffic into leads through clear calls-to-action
Campaign Support & Collaboration (20%)
Build campaign copy bundles including ad variations, landing page copy and email sequences
Partner with design to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly
Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture differentiators and technical proof points
Own and manage the team's AI writing assistants to accelerate ideation and first drafts while editing aggressively for tone and clarity
Testing & Performance Iteration (10%)
Produce smart variations for subject lines, hooks, headers and offers for A/B testing
Verify facts and remove unsupported claims to ensure brand safety
Maintain prompt libraries, tone guides and checklists that improve team output
Use performance feedback to refine messaging structure for future campaigns
Job Skills Required
2+ years of copywriting experience with a portfolio demonstrating performance/conversion work
Expertise in writing for SEO and creating conversion-focused assets
Strong editing skills and the ability to simplify complex business concepts
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using Generative AI tools for drafting and ideation with strong verification habits
Strong judgment and reliable follow-through

Education & Experience
