This is a highly visible, externally facing role ideal for someone who thrives on community engagement, relationship‑building, and mobilizing people around a shared cause. The Campaign Sales Manager will design and execute a comprehensive grassroots strategy spanning multiple local jurisdictions and work closely with industry leaders, volunteers, and public officials.

Key Responsibilities

Build, grow, and sustain a diverse coalition of volunteer advocates, including industry professionals, skilled trades, real‑estate services, and aligned community partners.

Cultivate relationships with external stakeholder organizations to expand campaign reach and credibility.

Serve as a connector between industry leaders and community advocates.

Own and manage a grassroots advocacy platform, ensuring data accuracy, district‑level segmentation, and effective targeting.

Track public engagement opportunities related to comprehensive plans, zoning initiatives, and rezoning cases throughout the region.

Maintain organized records of ongoing and upcoming land‑use initiatives.

Mobilize volunteers in support of rezoning, land‑use initiatives, and local housing priorities.

Lead visible turnout efforts at public meetings, planning commission hearings, and local government sessions.

Execute coordinated email and text advocacy campaigns to appointed and elected officials.

Plan and support volunteer engagement efforts during local elections.

Oversee clear, compelling email and text communications that prepare and empower advocates.

Develop and distribute digital content using campaign milestones, data, and public engagement activity.

Manage and contribute content to social media platforms, including Instagram.

Support data sourcing and reporting related to residential development activity.

Preferred Qualifications

Proactive self‑starter with the ability to lead, motivate, and organize people toward a shared goal.

Proven experience in grassroots organizing, advocacy campaigns, community engagement, or similar outward‑facing roles.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Strong understanding of social media as a tool for advocacy and public engagement.

Experience with Canva, graphic design, website management, or visual content creation is a strong plus.
