Qualifications
Four years of food service experience in a food service operation; OR
Four years of training in food technology, food service management, or in a food service‑related curriculum in a trade school or technical institute; OR
Forty‑eight semester hours in food and nutrition, dietetics, food service preparation, home economics, or nevar, hotel, food service, restaurant, or institutional management.

Job Duties
Manage the dietary department personnel , including oversight of scheduling personnel, meal preparation, ensuring employee coverage and high‑quality resident care in a 156‑bed long‑term care facility.
Lead and evaluate dietary staff performance , provide feedback to the Food Service Specialist 7, recommend disciplinary actions when needed, and resolve conflicts.
Conduct quality assurance audits and staff in‑services , promoting continuous improvement in dietary care delivery and adherence to policy and procedure standards.
Investigate andplate resident complaints and incidents , recommend corrective actions and collaborate with Food Service Specialist 7 to ensure coordinated proper diet for the residents and review menus.
Evaluate employees CPMs
and inspect the kitchen for proper sanitation procedures.

$3.00/HR – Worked Hours Only
Work Schedule:
Hours are from Monday to Friday, 5 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., including some weekends and holidays.
