Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Representative
who thrives in building and growing a territory through inside sales efforts. This role is ideal for a driven, self‑motivated sales professional with a strong ability to build rapport and consistently deliver results. This is a full‑time role based out of our corporate office in
Tempe, AZ . However, fully remote, out‑of‑state candidates may be considered in select states.
Key Responsibilities
Drive territory growth through proactive lead generation and outbound sales efforts
Target mid‑size to enterprise‑level businesses to develop new business opportunities
Identify and qualify sales prospects through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Present customized apparel solutions aligned with client branding, quality, and commercial goals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Collaborate closely with internal design, production, sales support, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary starting at $50,000
Uncapped monthly commission
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ annually
Comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and 401(k) match
Hybrid work environment with approximately 10% travel within assigned territory
How You Will Contribute
Demonstrate a hunter mentality by sourcing and cultivating leads via phone, email, and video outreach
Uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions by effectively communicating product value
Negotiate and close deals while setting clear expectations for fulfillment and next steps
Provide attentive, high‑touch account management with proactive communication and follow‑through
Partner cross‑functionally to deliver a premium, white‑glove customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B wholesale, or apparel‑related sales with proven prospecting and closing success
Strong initiative and self‑motivation with the ability to independently generate leads
Excellent rapport‑building and consultative selling skills
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong execution and follow‑through
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales metrics
Resilient, positive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and resolve challenges professionally
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools; proficiency with Google Workspace and LinkedIn Sales Navigator required (Zoho experience a plus)
Ability to travel approximately 10% and experience working in remote or distributed sales teams
