We are seeking enthusiastic Service Cadets to join our Mechanical & Electrical team for hands‑on training. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain practical experience with Gensets, ATS, and synchronization systems while learning maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
Experience: Freshers / Entry‑Level
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of Gensets, ATS, and synchronized power systems.
Learn troubleshooting and preventive maintenance under supervision.
Maintain service records and documentation.
Follow safety standards, SOPs, and company guidelines.
Participate in training sessions and practical exercises.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma, ITI, or freshers interested in Electrical or Mechanical systems.
Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems is a plus.
Physically fit, willing to work on‑site, and eager to learn.
Good communication skills and team player.
Other Requirementsشك>
Willingness to travel for on‑site training.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Able to work shifts or on‑call if required.
