as a Marketing Operations and Analyst. In this role, you will empower the marketing team through analytics, HubSpot optimization, and AI enablement.

Responsibilities HubSpot Feature Discovery & Rollout Support (20%)

Evaluate new HubSpot releases and beta features to identify opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

Translate business needs from marketing and sales stakeholders into technical requirements and user stories for the HubSpot Admin.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new workflows and features solve intended business problems before release.

Create rollout notes and training materials that explain why and how users should utilize specific features to achieve KPIs.

Reporting & Analytics Support (20%)

Support the maintenance of Power BI dashboards and visual reports.

Support lead‑to‑cash reporting data collection across key segments.

Create standardized scorecards and visualizations for stakeholder meetings.

Project Support & Analysis (20%)

Support discovery and requirements gathering for new workflows and integrations.

Document current state processes (SOPs) and help define future state needs.

Support campaign performance analysis and tracking hygiene, including UTM creation and management.

Provide analytical support for channel performance evaluation (Web, Social, Email).

AI Enablement & Automation (20%)

Audit existing marketing workflows to identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for AI automation to increase team efficiency.

Develop and standardize prompt libraries to ensure consistent brand voice and high‑quality outputs across the marketing team.

Leverage AI tools to support data hygiene efforts, such as cleaning and normalizing database records for better segmentation.

Act as the quality assurance lead for AI initiatives, validating outputs for accuracy and compliance before deployment.

Help maintain guardrails for privacy, accuracy, and brand risk.

Job Skills Required

2+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, business analysis or a similar role.

HubSpot experience as a daily user (HubSpot Academy certifications preferred).

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Comfort working with data, documenting processes and presenting clear recommendations.

Strong curiosity, attention to detail and the ability to learn new software quickly.

An AI‑forward mindset focused on using tools to solve business problems with responsible guardrails.

Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; or two+ related years of experience and/or training in marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic math skills required.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Operations

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and effectively use software applications utilized in performance of job duties.

Ability to prioritize and re‑prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday.

Ability to multi‑task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
