This driven, self‑motivated team member will lead sales enablement for the corporate moving (B2B) business line. This position is the enablement engine and a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing. This role owns the tools, content and field programs that help sellers win, while also shaping parts of the sales strategy through messaging, play development and pursuit readiness. You will work closely with sales leaders, the growth marketing team and Suddath’s in‑house CRM team to ensure Directors of Client Solutions have buyer‑ready assets, clear talk tracks and a consistent approach across the pipeline. This role is AI‑forward and uses AI to accelerate research, asset development and learning while protecting accuracy, brand standards and compliance. This team member will report to the Vice President of Global Business Development and Client Solutions and aligns with marketing standards and guidelines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sales enablement strategy and alignment (20%)

Partner with sales and marketing leaders to set enablement priorities tied to pipeline goals and segment strategy Translate capabilities into sales plays, talk tracks and objection handling by persona Build a repeatable enablement cadence including new asset launches, refresh cycles and feedback loops HubSpot alignment and sales system improvement (20%)

Partner with the HubSpot product owner and HubSpot administrator to improve sales adoption and usability Align on sales usage standards, required fields, pipeline hygiene and activity expectations Identify friction in sales workflows, then document requirements and support rollout and training Support change management for process updates, ensuring field teams understand what changed and why RFP and pursuit support, best and final readiness (20%)

Partner with sales leaders and account managers to support RFP responses with a eye to elevate responses with visuals, proof points and clear story flow Coordinate design support for proposals, executive summaries and customer‑facing documents Lead best‑and‑final presentation readiness including narrative, slide structure and speaker‑ready materials Events and field enablement (20%)

Plan and execute field enablement events including trade shows, customer briefings and webinars Own timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics and on‑site needs as required Build pre‑event outreach kits and post‑event follow‑up packages in partnership with growth marketing Track outcomes including meetings, leads and pipeline influenced General sales & social support (20%)

Build weekly or biweekly sales social kits with suggested posts, visuals and talk tracks Coordinate approvals so sellers can post quickly without creating brand or compliance risk Work with marketing to create sales collateral to support initiatives as needed Job Skills Required

Experience in sales enablement, field marketing, proposal support or B2B services marketing Proven ability to lead cross‑functional work with Sales and Marketing and influence without authority Strong PowerPoint (or alternative presentation platform) skills and a sharp eye for executive‑ready visuals and story flow Experience supporting high‑stakes presentations, proposals and pursuit workflows Event planning experience with vendor and budget management Strong project management skills and comfort juggling deadlines AI‑forward approach with strong accuracy, brand judgment and compliance awareness Willing to stretch to support the team’s goals Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and personalities Evolves to the role to leverage talents and grow revenue for the company Relentlessly searching for new, innovative ways to support our team and our clients Supervisory Responsibilities
