Are you an experienced Mental Health Case Manager with an interest in training and leadership?
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding, training, consultation, and shadowing for new Case Managers
Provide individual and group training in utilization and navigation of the Electronic Health Record
Assist the Director in tasks related to the electronic health record
Manage referrals
Carry a partial caseload
Assist in guidance to Case Management staff
Staring Pay Rate: $21.08/hour. Additional compensation commensurate with experience.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma Required. Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus!
Experience: 6 months of experience working with adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
Safe Driving Record: Valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
