Job Description The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for creating and maintaining training manuals, developing improved operational procedures, and implementing comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members. Additionally, this position will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards by reviewing processes regularly and providing ongoing training as needed. Reports to Compliance but works closely with hiring managers and new hires.
Responsibilities
Evaluate current processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflows to identify gaps, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.
Assess current processes, workflows, and SOPs within Secure Collateral Management to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop strategies and recommendations for process optimization while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Create, update, and maintain clear, comprehensive SOPs, training manuals, and process documentation to ensure consistent execution of operations.
Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Train new team members on Secure Collateral Management processes, company policies, systems, and best practices.
Deliver regular training sessions and workshops to address updates in policies, procedures, or systems.
Assess training effectiveness and make adjustments to ensure employees remain engaged and knowledgeable.
Regularly review processes and operations to verify compliance with internal policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to ensure all procedures align with regulations and client requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
Monitor and evaluate the results of process improvements and training initiatives to ensure they meet organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of repossession processes, workflows, and industry-specific best practices.
Proven ability to develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, and operational procedures.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
Basic Requirements
1-2 years experience in corporate training, process improvement, or a similar role, ideally within the repossession or collateral management industry.
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Target Base Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000 USD
Travel Requirements 10-25%
