What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Create and maintain training manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation

Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing team members

Conduct ongoing training sessions to address updates in policies, procedures, or systems

Regularly review processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

1-2 years of experience in corporate training, process improvement, or a similar role, preferably in the repossession or collateral management industry

High School Diploma or equivalent

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Strong knowledge of repossession processes and industry-specific best practices

Proven ability to develop and maintain SOPs and training manuals

Experience in delivering effective training to diverse teams

Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences effectively
