Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support in a collaborative, team‑based environment, with flexibility to support multiple groups as needed
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process high volumes of expense reports and invoices in a timely, compliant manner
Schedule and manage internal and client meetings, including booking conference rooms, coordinating catering, registering guests, and organizing materials
Support complex calendar management across multiple time zones, prioritizing meeting requests and coordinating phone/video conferences
Perform general administrative tasks including invoicing, time entry, copying, scanning, filing, mailing, archiving, and ad hoc projects
Answer incoming calls, take detailed messages, and interact professionally with senior leaders and clients
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Ensure adherence to compliance policies and obtain required approvals
Act as a proactive member of the administrative support team, maintaining awareness of priorities and coverage needs
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of administrative experience (open industry; corporate/office environments preferred)
Comfortable providing remote support to teams across different locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Zoom
Familiarity with expense platforms such as SAP Concur
