Flex Security Officers
in the Galesburg, MI area. These positions offer a pay rate of
$18.50/hr , paid weekly.
HIRING IMMEDIATELY Requirements
Previous Security Officer experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age. 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to complete drug screen and background check. Must be flexible and team oriented. Computer proficiency is a plus. Responsibilities
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. The Flex Officer position provides trained, competent support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. Flex Officers are trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need and will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs. Flex Officers are expected to work any shift for which they are scheduled in advance and, for short‑notice call‑ins, are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which they are called. Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) will vary based on operational need. Shifts may be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week’s schedule. Some shifts will be scheduled at short notice and may require coverage for a shift that an employee is unable to work. Flex Officers are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which they are called. Refusal of more than 20% of call‑in shifts could negatively impact employment status with the company.
