Role Description This is a part‑time on‑site Server role located in Santa Ana, CA. As a Server at The Wild Crab, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about the menu, handling payments, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area will also be part of your duties.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Experience in food service, including order‑taking, serving, and handling payments
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
Previous experience in a seafood or dining establishment is an advantage
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
