The Customer Service Lead is responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day operations from site upkeep to guest service, membership sales, and training a positive team. An outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for guest caring is key to this role.

Essential Job Duties

Lead site staff and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site.

Assist with daily paperwork when the Manager or Assistant Site Manager is absent.

Provide the best customer experience by training the team on internal and external programs and building customer loyalty through the membership program.

Train the team on Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.

Provide daily direction and ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed.

Problem‑solve and stay in regular communication with the Site Manager.

Follow the on‑site open/close process and ensure the site operates during business hours.

Create a culture that ensures exceptional customer care.

Provide strong, positive, proactive leadership, direction, training, and feedback.

Maintain product knowledge and product preparation.

Maintain clean work areas and a safe work environment for employees, vendors, and guests.

Follow directions and make decisions consistent with the job functions.

Perform after‑hours site cleaning (e.g., tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area).

Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform.

Ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws and internal audits.

Enjoy working outdoors.

Be a team player.

Other Responsibilities

Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.

Offer and sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.

Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.

Prep vehicles within company guidelines.

Quality Control Area: verify vehicles are BLISS clean and wipe down vehicles as required.

Reporting Relationships

Reports to the Site Manager.

Working and Environmental Conditions

Works outdoors with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.

Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions.

Noise and vibration exposure.

Physical Demands

Lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand or walk for extended periods.

Flexible hours – night, day, weekends, holidays.

Operate all related equipment.
