Parcel Shield is hiring a
Growth Account Executive
to drive net-new SaaS revenue by owning the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting through close.
You’ll be on the front lines introducing
Parcel.AI , our next-generation logistics intelligence platform, to new customers and helping them modernize their shipping workflows with data-driven, ROI-focused solutions.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Build and convert a pipeline of net-new customer opportunities
Independently run live product demos
Sell across ParcelShield’s SaaS product portfolio, including new and evolving solutions
Clearly articulate operational and financial ROI to replace manual or legacy workflows
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting
Work autonomously in a fully remote environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a customer-facing B2B sales role (SaaS or technology-enabled environments preferred)
Comfort with outbound outreach, follow-up, and managing your own pipeline
Ability to learn and communicate complex products clearly
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Results-driven mindset with ownership of outcomes
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
Quota-carrying experience with a track record of success
Experience selling to operations, logistics, or supply chain teams
Exposure to healthcare, logistics, or workflow-driven SaaS
Startup or high-growth company experience
