Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the production center operations.

Participate in volume forecasting and supply ordering.

Prepare food for Herbie Markets, Tazza Coffee, and other retail locations.

Lead, train, and provide feedback to production center staff.

Manage quality control, costs, and food safety.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Three years of food preparation experience with mastery of kitchen and dining tasks is required. Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure is essential. Strong communication skills and leadership experience are required. Food Handler’s permit or the ability to obtain one by passing the Safety and Sanitation test is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs is required.

Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or relevant experience in food, dietetic, hospitality, or business. Non‑commercial dining service management experience is desirable. Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain one by passing the Safety and Sanitation test.

Background & Physical Requirements

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT pre‑employment and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.

Criminal history background check required.
