Overview
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Legal Assistant to join our team. In this position, the successful candidate will provide essential support needed with day-to-day administrative tasks and legal processes.
Responsibilities
Schedule conference calls and appointments with doctor’s and clients.
File and organize legal documents; manage and update case files.
Answer calls, respond to emails and forward correspondences.
Data management utilizing legal software platform and workers’ compensation sites.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and mail.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
