Base pay range $28.84/hr - $38.46/hr

Position Summary Intercap Lending is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Tier 3 Specialist. The Tier 3 Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and personnel while ensuring the smooth operation of technology-related functions. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving IT excellence.

Responsibilities

Endpoint Management : Serve as the administrator for Microsoft Intune to manage the entire lifecycle of corporate and mobile devices, including enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and application deployment. Troubleshoot and repair issues with Windows 11 laptops and desktops, business productivity and mortgage industry applications.

Messaging and Collaboration : Administer and optimize essential M365 services, including Microsoft Exchange Online and SOPHOS (mailbox management, mail flow, anti-spam/malware), SharePoint Online, and Teams.

Security Posture Management : Design, implement, and maintain the organization's security posture across Azure cloud and hybrid environments using Microsoft Defender XDR (Endpoint, Cloud, Identity, etc.).

Identity and Access Management (IAM) : Serve as the principal administrator for Microsoft Entra ID, managing user/group provisioning, authentication methods, Conditional Access policies, and Single Sign-On (SSO) for all enterprise applications.

Data Protection & Compliance : Implement and manage security controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, leveraging tools like Microsoft Purview and Sophos Central Dashboard for data loss prevention (DLP) and information governance.

Cloud Architecture & Administration : Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable infrastructure in Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage) and AWS. This includes configuration via Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like PowerShell.

Automation : Develop and maintain automation scripts (primarily using PowerShell and the Graph API) for routine system administration, configuration changes, patching, and reporting.

Documentation and Governance : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system configurations, architecture, security policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and audit readiness. Track and log all incidents in the support ticking system and asset management database.

Provide IT Support : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, both hardware and software-related, for our employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

5+ years of experience in IT roles.

Strong technical knowledge of O365 services including administration of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Intune etc.

Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and requirements.

Experience in the mortgage lending or financial services industry is a plus.
