RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and process policies, endorsements, and audits, coordinating endorsement requests with insurance carriers to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage insurance documentation and reporting, including issuing certificates of insurance, ordering MVRs and FR‑19s, and updating driver information
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to client requests and maintaining strong client relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Minimum of 1+ years of commercial lines account management
Property & Casualty License Required
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
