Regional Sales Manager
to support and grow a well-established customer base across Kansas and Western Missouri. This field-based role focuses on providing motion control and power transmission solutions to OEMs and industrial clients. Why This Role Stands Out
Established Territory
– Manage a tight, well-supported region with room to grow Engineering-Driven Products
– Represent solutions trusted by engineers and maintenance teams Collaborative Culture
– Work with a knowledgeable, responsive internal support team Limited Travel
– Minimal overnight travel required What You’ll Do
Grow sales with OEMs, end users, and key industrial accounts Recommend gear motors, VFDs, and other drive components for real-world applications Handle quotes, pricing, and account development Stay up to date on product updates, industry trends, and competitive activity Partner with engineering, customer service, and leadership teams What You Bring
Technical degree or strong mechanical aptitude required 2–3 years of outside sales or 3–5 years of inside sales experience Familiarity with gear reducers, VFDs, or automation equipment a plus Clear communication and consultative sales skills What You’ll Get
