Job Responsibilities
Drive education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products within post-acute and long-term care settings
Execute sales strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales objectives through various communication methods
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prescribers and facility staff
Navigate clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement barriers to ensure successful product implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor account‑specific solutions and enhance patient care
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales
Strong sales and account management skills with proven record of sales performance
Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record
Proficiency in business systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva)
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience in long‑term care or institutional settings
Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
Familiarity with CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use
Knowledge of CoverMyMeds and LTC pharmacy fulfillment
Experience launching products in complex, competitive markets
