Overview Under the direction of the Suite Manager, the Fifth Avenue Club Fashion Consultant is responsible for driving their individual Personal Shopping business by providing outstanding service to the client in an exclusive space, establishing new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts, and driving overall Fifth Avenue Club sales volume.

What You Will Do

Maintain a high level of customer service and build excellent client relationships.

Initiate and use Club events to recruit new clients, grow sales, and nurture existing clientele.

Proactively share ideas with the Fifth Avenue Club team to maximize sales and exceed goals.

Use Saks Fifth Avenue's online clientele resources to record and maintain client information.

Source products for client appointments from Saks Fifth Avenue’s inventory, including flagship stores, digital “endless aisle,” and distribution centers.

Engage with clients and perform basic alteration fittings with guidance from the Alterations Director.

Maintain a consistent digital presence to attract new clientele via traditional and social media selling.え>

Act as a community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Perform ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a customer‑focused luxury sales environment.

Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.

Experience working with sales quotas and comfortable meeting commission‑based targets.

Established network and/or client base on multiple social media platforms, with ability to drive business digitally through content creation.
