Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and assist in preparing quotations
Process and monitor orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Contact new and existing clients to promote our products
Maintain client records and order tracking sheets
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Support the sales team in daily admin tasks and documentation
Qualifications
Computer literate
Communicates well and speaks confidently with clients
Builds
good client relationships
and encourages repeat business
Eager to learn
and grow with a small team
Detail-oriented, organized, reliable and a team player
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma
Candidate must be able to start ASAP
