Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
Flexible availability, including evenings and some weekends
Door-to-door or automotive sales experience is a strong plus
Position Overview As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll represent Silver Ridge Roofing in the Greater Austin area. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, building relationships, and closing deals through direct outreach. We offer comprehensive training in roofing systems, insurance claim support, and our proven sales process.
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and punctuality
Self-driven, coachable, and enthusiastic about learning
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Confident in both group and one-on-one presentations
Valid U.S. work authorization and Texas driver’s license
Roofing or sales experience is a bonus, but not required
Responsibilities
Prospect via door-to-door outreach and other lead sources
Build quick rapport with homeowners
Present roofing solutions and guide customers through insurance processes
Work weekday evenings (until 7–8PM) and some weekends (10AM–4PM)
Maintain accurate client and lead records
Represent our brand professionally at all times
