Job Summary Hourly rate: $22.69 (Base $15.00 + Targeted Commission). The sales compensation program offers significant upside above targeted earnings for high performers.
Core Responsibilities
Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
Take a customer‑first approach to all interactions, listening to and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
Provide comprehensive customer onboarding, ensuring customers fully understand how to use and manage company products/services and gain their consent.
Perform operational and administrative tasks.
Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
Demonstrate sales excellence, professionalism, integrity, and a warm, friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, overtime, and possibly store hopping.
Carry and lift up to 25 pounds; stand and move around the store constantly.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
