Key Team Leader – Dunham's Sports We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service in a fun, fast‑paced work environment. This position carries keys to the store and is part of the leadership team.

Base pay range:

$16.15/hr – $17.65/hr

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service (primary responsibility).

Manage store opening and closing responsibilities.

Handle merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.

Qualifications

Previous retail supervisory experience.

Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.

Merchandising skills preferred.

Demonstrated ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.
