Member Sales & Service Specialist
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay range: $15.15 per hour (commission and free classes may increase total compensation).
Responsibilities & Duties
Respond to customer emails, text messages, and phone calls—return all within same day.
Execute sales protocols for prospect follow‑up, membership sales or intro class booking.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, in person or through phone, text or email.
Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift.
Meet or exceed assigned KPI’s.
Achieve personal and studio‑level sales goals.
Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio.
Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
Smile a ridiculous amount.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email and text message.
Comfort with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Goal‑oriented with ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Punctual, reliable, and professional.
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever‑changing fast‑paced diverse environment.
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, in person and on the telephone.
Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional off‑site events.
