We are currently seeking

motivated Automotive Sales Consultants

to join our Chevy City team in Bloomington. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals looking to build a long-term, high-earning career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning

Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives

Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring understanding of vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork

Maintain regular communication with Sales Management regarding goals, activities, and performance

Stay informed on incoming inventory, vehicle features, and accessories

Coordinate with the Service and Body Shop departments to ensure vehicles are reconditioned properly and on schedule

Attend dealership and manufacturer training sessions and sales meetings

Maintain prospecting and customer follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business

Review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance to improve efficiency and results

Maintain knowledge of automotive terminology, products, and evolving technology

Comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales

Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to reinforce service and maintenance support

Follow all company safety policies and promptly report accidents or incidents

Qualifications & Skills

Automotive sales experience is not required

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, account management, financial services, hospitality, or restaurant industries is a plus

Desire to succeed and grow professionally

Additional Requirements

Professional appearance and demeanor

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
