Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

to join our high‑performing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to advance their automotive finance career with a stable, well‑established dealer group. What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer‑focused finance experience

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate, compliant deal structures

Secure competitive financing and protection options through approved lenders

Present and explain finance products, warranties, and service contracts clearly and ethically

Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction

Submit, track, and finalize deals through lender approval systems

Maintain deal receivables and ensure timely funding

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and leadership at all times

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience preferred

Prior automotive sales or management experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Positive, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented attitude

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or GED required (college education a plus)
