Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor gravure printing presses to meet production, quality, and safety standards
Perform make-readies, ink mixing, color matching, and viscosity control
Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency throughout production runs
Troubleshoot press, mechanical, or print quality issues and make real-time adjustments
Complete roll changes, cylinder changes, and basic press maintenance
Accurately document production data, downtime, and quality checks
Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
Prior hands‑on experience operating gravure printing presses in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of inks, solvents, substrates, and print quality standards
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print defects independently
Comfortable working in a high‑speed, continuous production setting
Willingness to work designated shift and overtime as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
