Job Details Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Service Technician will be responsible for:
Providing guidance for the best extermination processes based on identified infestation sources and determining if pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods are required.
Establishing contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
Following safety procedures and product instructions at all times while using fumigants, pesticides, and power spraying equipment, including wearing protective gear.
Maintaining proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in the company vehicle.
Managing the schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner.
Addressing customer needs and optimizing their program on site.

Requirements
A driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Customer service experience
Valid applicator’s license
Sales experience an asset
Preferred Background Candidates with prior experience are preferred, but applicants with the following transferable skills are equally considered: lawn care, route sales, route service, field sales, field service, service technician, territory representative, restaurant manager, restaurant server, construction, hotel manager, sales, customer service. #HP
