Your Role As their Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and delivering fit-out projects from inception to handover — ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to the high-quality standards our clients expect.
You will work closely with design, production and installation teams, suppliers/clients to drive smooth communication, accurate planning and exceptional execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead project planning, scheduling and resourcing across residential and commercial fitouts
Coordinate subcontractors, internal teams and suppliers to keep projects on track
Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control throughout project lifecycles
Act as the main client contact, ensuring strong relationships and communication
Oversee quality and safety standards on site and ensure compliance with specifications
Report progress and risks to senior leadership and proactively resolve challenges
Who You Are
Experienced Project Manager in construction, interior fit-out, carpentry/joinery/cabinetry or related sectors
Strong communicator with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving
Comfortable working both onsite and from the Dublin head office/factory
A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering high-quality interiors
