CPR Jukebox is Simon’s Heart’s flagship experiential platform.

About CPR Jukebox CPR Jukebox is a music‑powered CPR experience designed to make lifesaving skills fun, accessible and memorable, especially for students. The activation features an inflatable jukebox, kickballs and a curated playlist that teaches CPR through rhythm and repetition. Participants pick a song, grab a ball and push to the beat. Simon’s Heart is now scaling this platform nationally through three revenue‑driven initiatives.

Position Summary The Lead, Brand Partnerships is the primary revenue owner for CPR Jukebox. This role is responsible for securing sponsorships, developing brand and institutional partnerships and closing licensing opportunities that support both revenue growth and mission impact.

This is a high‑autonomy, high‑impact role for someone who has sold sponsorships, media, experiential marketing or brand integrations and wants to own a national platform. Success in this role requires comfort working independently, collaborating closely with leadership and owning the revenue process from first conversation through signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities Sponsorship and Experiential Sales

Secure corporate sponsorships for the CPR Jukebox Tour at festivals, sporting events and community activations

Sell sponsorship packages for the CPR Jukebox Marathon, a twelve‑hour, student‑powered flagship event

Pitch and present sponsorship and activation opportunities to corporate, foundation and institutional partners

Brand Partnerships and Licensing

Identify, pitch and close licensing and cobranded activation opportunities with brands, schools and partner organizations

Negotiate partnership and licensing agreements that deliver clear value for both partners and Simon’s Heart

Relationship Development

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with sponsors, brand partners and event organizers

Represent CPR Jukebox and Simon’s Heart in meetings, presentations, conferences and selected industry events

Revenue Strategy and Execution

Work with the Program Director and external consultants to develop sponsorship packages, pricing and sales materials

Maintain an active pipeline and work toward clearly defined monthly and annual revenue goals

Track performance metrics and provide regular revenue updates and forecasts

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate brings strong sales instincts and the character to build partnerships rooted in trust, alignment and shared value.

Proven success in sponsorship, partnerships, media, brand marketing or experiential sales

Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills

Comfortable engaging corporate marketing leaders, brand managers and event decision makers

Able to translate creative concepts into funded partnerships while maintaining brand and mission integrity

Self‑motivated and effective in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment

Organized and disciplined with the ability to manage a pipeline without heavy infrastructure

Collaborative and comfortable working with leadership and external partners in a lean organization

Demonstrates integrity, empathy and good judgment when representing a mission‑driven brand

Nonprofit experience is not required

Willingness to travel occasionally; most work can be done remotely

Compensation and Benefits This role includes a competitive base salary and a performance‑based bonus tied to revenue and partnership goals. High‑performing team members can expect total annual compensation in the range of $70,000 to $90,000 based on performance.

Bonus compensation is designed to reward success in securing sponsorships, partnerships and licensing agreements while aligning with nonprofit ethics and governance. Benefits include health coverage, a flexible work environment, generous time off and reimbursement for approved travel and business expenses.
