Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role merging business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers are responsible for driving sales results, analyzing business data, overseeing daily store operations, and leading talent development. They leverage creative expertise in floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, Assistant Managers have the opportunity to evolve into future store leaders.
