Position Responsabilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of grain facility
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries
Implement and enforce safety procedures and policies
Provide leadership and guidance to team members
Position Essential Job Functions
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
3+ years of experience in grain operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
