Grain Location Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily grain facility operations, including receiving, storage, conditioning, and shipping.
Maintain grain quality and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Supervise and train facility staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising teams on grain movement.
Ensure equipment and facility are maintained to high operational standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, customers, and internal teams.
Qualifications
2+ years of grain operations experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of grain handling, storage, and conditioning processes.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
