Program Assistant - Treatment

Schedule:
1st Shift; 8:00 am‑4:00 pm; Monday‑Friday
Pay Range:
$17.00–$19.50 per hour
Essential Functions
Effectively and courteously answer all telephone calls received.
Greet and direct all visitors in the building, permitting only authorized visitors beyond the receptionist area.
Immediately notify supervisor of unauthorized visitors who fail to follow directives.
Comply with all state and federal confidentiality regulations.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate boxes.
Maintain office equipment (copy machine and fax machine) in proper working order; fill with paper and/or toner as needed.
Maintain supply cabinet and supply closets in a neat and organized manner.
Direct clients to appropriate group rooms and/or clinicians.
Attend departmental meetings and type minutes for clinical department staff; disseminate minutes as directed by supervisor in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare files from office and storage for audits and coordinate process with administration.
Assist clinical department staff with duties as needed.
For the MAT and/or Mental Health clinic: maintain and monitor medication-assisted treatment deliveries and complete tracking sheets accurately and timely.
Follow up pharmacy orders/requests as required.
Complete UDS collection and record-keeping.
Maintain orders/supplies needed for medical staff and the clinic.
Monitor temperature on medication fridge and complete tracking mechanisms.
Manage scheduling, tracking, and oversight of clients involved in the clinic.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Clinical/program experience preferred.
Strong organizational and accuracy skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; willingness to learn CareLogic and ORION required.
Ability to effectively work with Agency employees, outside contacts, and a diverse client population.
