I.GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide total assistance in the actual physical inspection, monitoring and support to the Quality Assurance (“QA”) Supervisor in the overall implementation of the Company’s QA Program.
II.SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION
To conduct daily physical and daily GMP Sanitation Audit of the commissary: pre-operative and actual processing inspection
To conduct daily personnel hygiene checklist and ensure implementation ofcorrective measures immediately
To ensure correct implementation of sanitizing solutions based on the CSM Manual
To conduct quality inspection of raw, packaging and finished goods received at the commissary including the delivery vans, condition of goods, etc.
To conduct in process monitoring checks of products during production: processed meats, bottled and viand lines based on process quality checks established by the Technical Department
To conduct in-process: packing/repacking of processed meat, in-process quality inspection, etc.
To assist the QA Supervisor in the overall implementation of the enumerated specific quality assurance duties and responsibilities
To conduct completion and monitoring of other GMP Monitoring Checklist as maybe assigned by the QA Supervisor
To report directly to the QA Supervisor and does errands for the QA Supervisor in the overall implementation of the Commissary’s QA Program
College Graduate of Food Technology
Experience with quality control techniques such as Six Sigma
Experience in the commissary and preferably in Food Manufacturing
Minimum of 2 years as Quality Assurance Inspector
One to two years’ of quality inspector experience
