Job Details

The Project Tech will drive results and quality for each stripping & waxing project assigned, performing assignments according to the company schedule and customer expectations.

Operates floor machines for buffing, stripping, waxing, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning safely, following proper usage and scheduled interactions with stores/customers.

Performs carpet extraction and general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shining, cleaning restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor).

Maintains facility cleanliness, sanitation, and safety, including trash/refuse handling, restocking supplies, emptying wastebaskets, refilling restroom dispensers, and applying disinfectants.

Conducts stripping & waxing—wet floor care—using scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.

Completes all tasks per schedule and under guidance of Lead Custodian or Management and follows safety guidelines and company policies.

Maintains janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe state, adheres to company guidelines and regulations.
