Include your resume + a short note with 3 recent wins and your earliest start date.

Wedy is an NYC‑based wedding booking platform (think Airbnb for weddings). Couples book curated packages, while venues + vendors manage their entire workflow in Wedy Pro: leads, proposals, contracts, invoices, and payments, without juggling multiple tools. Designed for high‑touch event businesses.

We gained national recognition for hosting the world’s first Shark Tank wedding with Kevin O’Leary as the officiant, were recently featured in Forbes, and are proudly backed by Techstars NYC powered by J.P. Morgan. Since launch, Wedy has helped small business creatives earn over $15M doing what they love — and we’re just getting started.

What You’ll Do

Take over booked projects from sales and execute order fulfillment across multiple service categories.

Source and present 3 vetted vendors per category (photography, catering, florals, etc.) within client budgets.

Call vendors, explain how Wedy works, negotiate rates, and onboard them into our platform.

Build strong B2B vendor relationships and continuously expand the Wedy marketplace.

Cold call 100 venues per week and hit B2B sales targets for venue partnership agreements.

Go on‑site for venue tours and partner meetings, aggressively growing the funnel and closing deals.

Collaborate with our social media team to record TikTok‑style videos of the vendor recruitment and venue tour process for marketing content.

For each new venue, complete their Wedy storefront and curate turnkey wedding packages with 30+ preferred vendors at pre‑negotiated rates.

Have 2+ years of event sales experience (non‑negotiable).

Are a natural closer who thrives on cold calls, pitching, and face‑to‑face meetings.

Know how to build trust with small business vendors and negotiate win‑win deals.

Have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and client needs simultaneously.

Are excited by social media storytelling — and comfortable being on camera capturing behind‑the‑scenes.

Love the idea of being on‑site at venues, building relationships, and making deals happen in real time.

Thrive in a startup culture where speed, ownership, and hustle are valued more than corporate polish.

Direct impact on a platform transforming a $100B+ industry.

High‑growth startup with national media recognition (Shark Tank, Forbes, INC.).

Opportunity to own both sales + production in a category‑defining company.

Work closely with the founding team and see your work shape the future of event planning.

Flexible, dynamic, and fast‑moving culture where no two days look the same.
