Warehouse Team Lead - First Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm
Location: Tolleson, Arizona
Hours: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Pay: $23–$25 per hour
About the Role Solutions 2 GO is a premier global distributor of video game products, operating in 19 countries across the Americas and beyond. We are hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for our Tolleson, Arizona facility to oversee picking/packing, shipping/receiving, auditing, and team management. This role ensures on‑time and accurate fulfillment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist Shipping/Receiving with critical functions including scheduling inbound loads, auditing inbound and outbound quantities for accuracy, checking drivers in and out, and filing shipping/receiving paperwork.
Monitor on‑time and accurate shipping and receiving of goods according to vendor compliance rules as directed by customers and vendors.
Oversee the warehouse staff, assign duties, train, and enforce established quality controls and SOPs to ensure accuracy.
Set priorities and expectations, measuring results against production and quality objectives.
Ensure all S2G operational processes and procedures are always followed, providing corrective action when necessary.
Follow up with employees on performance, coach and recognize achievements as appropriate.
Provide feedback to staff and management as needed to support individual development.
Collaborate with management to optimize production while meeting customer goals.
Understand and enforce customer‑specific requirements and vendor compliance for finished products and outbound shipments.
Communicate and monitor safe warehouse practices, including proper lifting techniques, housekeeping, and ergonomic awareness.
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to set up and track production jobs through completion.
Perform additional responsibilities such as conflict resolution, employee training, and job performance documentation.
Work in all areas of the warehouse as needed—shipping/receiving, picking, packing, returns, ECOM.
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years in warehouse operations, distribution, or inventory control positions.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Forklift or other mechanical warehouse equipment experience.
Organized, detail‑oriented, thorough, with strong communication skills and ability to lead and direct others.
Interest in personal growth and development, working closely with the management team.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Strong math, verbal, and literacy skills.
Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Operation of an RF scanner gun; ability to read/enter data via keypad or keyboard.
Standing or sitting for long periods (more than 8 hours at times).
Able to push, pull, or lift up to 30 pounds during the workday; other physically demanding tasks may be required.
Reliability in attendance and job performance is essential.
Strong collaboration skills, solid work ethic, and ability to contribute to training and team building.
Full availability during the holiday period (October through December), including Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, the weekend following Thanksgiving, the first and second weekends of December, and the week of January 1st.
Flexibility to work varied schedules—including overtime without advance notice—is expected, particularly during the busy holiday season.
