WHAT YOU’LL DO As a

Production Supervisor , you’ll lead a Focus Factory on B Shift, directing people, processes, and equipment to meet production commitments while driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on leadership role—part coach, part problem‑solver, part production expert.

Lead and support associates to ensure work is completed

done right and on time

Schedule and manage jobs through the Focus Factory, maintaining accurate, rolling job status

Identify risks to due dates, quality, or efficiency and proactively elevate and resolve issues

Monitor production rates by assembly, process, or work cell and ensure accurate recordkeeping

Support assembly, soldering, and testing activities as needed, including in‑process inspections

Champion continuous improvement by facilitating root cause analysis, problem‑solving, and employee ideas

Partner with Production Manager, Facility Trainer, and HR to develop and execute skill‑building plans

Conduct performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and corrective actions when necessary

Track attendance and ensure accurate weekly timekeeping for your team

Collaborate cross‑functionally (Engineering, Quality, HR, Training) to resolve issues and improve processes

Help balance line flow, assist with set‑ups, and support new and existing product builds

Uphold all company workplace rules, safety practices, and lean manufacturing principles

Perform other duties as assigned in support of production and team success

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, prints, and documentation

Experience operating or supporting production equipment and processes

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, direct, and develop others

Solid problem‑solving skills using Root Cause Analysis approaches

Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership

Clear, respectful communication skills and a customer‑service mindset

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Comfort using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems

Commitment to quality, safety, efficiency, and team accountability

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Manufacturing and production floor environment

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required

Use of production equipment, tools, and PPE
