What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Analyze and interpret patient‑level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients
Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient‑centric analytics solutions
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs
Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks
Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science)
3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics, claims data, and Patient Support Services
Hands‑on experience with HUB data, SP data, 852, and 867 datasets
Strong understanding of pharma data sets and industry‑specific data structures
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills; Python is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows
Team management or mentoring experience
