Project Manager
to lead construction projects in the
Healthcare

Data Center
sectors. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor budgets, track progress, and report on project performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in construction, preferably in
Healthcare
and/or
Data Center
projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and industry standards.
Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
